You can share projects directly with the Luminary support team for faster troubleshooting.
From inside the project you'd like to share, click the Share button at the top of the page. You can also do this from the Projects Summary page by hovering over the project and clicking the three dots ... on the right.
Click on the text box and select Luminary Support from the top of the list.
Enter a description of your request.
Click Share.
You'll receive an email confirmation that your support request has been received.
Luminary Support will have view-only access to your project and can make a copy if needed to diagnose the issue.
You can remove Support's access to the project at any time by clicking the Share button, clicking on Viewer, and selecting Remove access.
