Reset a Password

To reset the password for a user on your company account:

  1. From the homepage, click on Administration on the left side.

  2. Select Users .

  3. Find the user in the list and click the three dots on the right, next to the user's information.

  4. Click Reset Password.

You will be asked to confirm that you'd like to reset the selected user's password. The user will receive an email with instructions.

Note: This menu is available for Admin users only.
