Learn about system requirements needed to use Luminary.

Updated over a week ago

Luminary Cloud is cloud-based and only requires you to have a computer with a web browser installed and access to the internet.

Luminary Cloud's Platform should function best on the latest versions of Google Chrome. We are working to ensure support for Mozilla's Firefox, Apple's Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

Allow Luminary Cloud Domain

If this is the first time your organization has used Luminary, you will need to ensure that both our domain (luminarycloud.com) and the email we use for onboarding ([email protected]) are on your system's allow list. This will ensure that messages from us are not blocked. The exact process for doing this may depend on your system and browser.

Third-Party Software

The Luminary Cloud platform contains third-party software. See the Luminary Cloud Third-Party Credits and Notices.
